Terms of Service for IgniteU: Startup Simulator

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IgniteU: Startup Simulator (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

IgniteU: Startup Simulator allows users to navigate through narrative based business scenarios, make decisions and build a portfolio of businesses with no real-life money spent outside of premium features. The App offers in-app subscriptions managed via RevenueCat.

3. User Accounts

No account or login is required to use the App. All information entered by users remains on their device unless processed by the backend service to update the business story along.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions through RevenueCat and/or Apple’s payment system. All payments are subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. You are responsible for understanding the terms of any subscription or trial you accept.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by IgniteU: Startup Simulator and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purposes or to attempt to interfere with the App’s operation.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IgniteU: Startup Simulator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
