These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Metekia Data & Analytics (“we,” “us,” “our”) governing your use of the Duelo mobile app and its companion browser client (together, the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Duelo is a group party game: you create or join a room with a short code, vote head‑to‑head on a topic with various picks, make your case, and crown a winner.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum digital‑consent age in your country) to use the App. By using Duelo you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
Duelo does not use accounts, logins, or passwords. You play under a display name you choose for each session (a nickname is fine). You are responsible for the activity that happens through your device and for the display name and content you submit.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non‑commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
You agree not to:
We may remove content, end rooms, or restrict or terminate access at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
